On November 08, 2013, Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt am
Main, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on CENIT AG, Stuttgart, Deutschland,
have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on November 05,
2013 and on that day amounted to 2.99% (this corresponds to 249824 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.13% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 177857 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
