[German Securities Trading Act] with the objective of Europe-wide
distribution

On November 12, 2013, Morgan Stanley, Wilmington, Delaware, USA has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on LEG Immobilien AG, Dusseldorf, Germany, have fallen
below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on November 08, 2013 and on
that day amounted to 2.97% (this corresponds to 1574201 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 1.00% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 527250 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 1.98% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
1046951 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
