Pursuant to section 21 para.(1) WpHG, BlackRock International Holdings,
Inc., New York (NY), USA, informed us on 12.11.2013 that the percentage of
voting rights in GSW Immobilien AG has fallen below the threshold of 3% on
08.11.2013 and amounts to 2.41% (1,219,787 voting rights) as per this date.
Of these voting rights, 2.41% (1,219,787 voting rights) are to be
attributed to BlackRock International Holdings, Inc., New York (NY), USA,
pursuant to section 22 para. (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with
section 22 para.(1) sentence 2 WpHG.

Pursuant to section 21 para.(1) WpHG, BR Jersey International Holdings,
L.P., St. Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands, informed us on 12.11.2013 that
the percentage of voting rights in GSW Immobilien AG has fallen below the
threshold of 3% on 08.11.2013 and amounts to 2.41% (1,219,787 voting
rights) as per this date.
Of these voting rights, 2.41% (1,219,787 voting rights) are to be
attributed to BR Jersey International Holdings, L.P., St. Helier, Jersey,
Channel Islands, pursuant to section 22 para. (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in
connection with section 22 para.(1) sentence 2 WpHG.

Of these voting rights, 2.41% (1,219,787 voting rights) are to be

Of these voting rights, 2.35% (1,189,298 voting rights) are to be
attributed to BlackRock Group Limited, London, UK, pursuant to section 22
para. (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with section 22 para.(1)
sentence 2 WpHG.
