Dissemination of a voting rights notification pursuant to Article 21
Section 1 WpHG (share)

Allianz Global Investors Europe GmbH, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, informed
us on November 14, 2013 pursuant to Article 21 Section 1 Sentence 1 WpHG
that on November 13, 2013 its voting rights in QSC AG, Cologne, Germany,
have fallen below the threshold of 3% and on this date amount to 2.95% of
the total number of voting rights (this corresponds to 3,652,291 of a total
of 123,946,987 voting rights).

Thereof 0.34% of the total number of voting rights (this corresponds to
417,416 of a total of 123,946,987 voting rights) are to be attributed to
Allianz Global Investors Europe GmbH pursuant to Article 22 Section 1
Sentence 1 No. 6 WpHG.
