On November 15, 2013, Morgan Stanley, Wilmington, Delaware, USA has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Germany, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on November 12, 2013 and on
that day amounted to 3.28% (this corresponds to 2592002 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 2.98% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
2350303 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.31% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 241699 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
