On November 19, 2013, Mr Jun Ma, People's Republic of China, has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his
Voting Rights on ZhongDe Waste Technology AG, Frankfurt, Germany, have
exceeded the 3% and 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on November 11, 2013
and on that day amounted to 5.25% (this corresponds to 682742 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 5.25% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 682742 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Ma from 9998 Holding Ltd, Samoa.
