Publication of notifications pursuant to § 26 para. 1 sentence 1 of the
German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) with the objective of Europe-wide
distribution

The following entities have notified ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG on 19 November
2013 by notification pursuant to §§ 21 para. 1, 22 of the German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG) as follows:

1. Capital Research and Management Company

The share of voting rights of Capital Research and Management Company, Los
Angeles, California, United States of America, in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG,
Medienallee 7, 85774 Unterföhring, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 10%
on 13 November 2013 and, on this date, amounted to approximately 10.03% of
the total number of voting rights (21,952,205 voting rights of a total
number of 218,797,200 voting rights) in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG. This share
of voting rights was attributed to Capital Research and Management Company
pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 of the German Securities Trading
Act (WpHG).

In this context, voting rights were attributed to Capital Research and
Management Company which were held, on the aforementioned date, by Capital
World Growth and Income Fund, Inc. whose share of voting rights amounted to
approximately 3.56% of the total number of voting rights (7,787,000 voting
rights of a total number of 218,797,200 voting rights) in ProSiebenSat.1

The share of voting rights of The Capital Group Companies, Inc., Los
Angeles, California, United States of America, in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG,
Medienallee 7, 85774 Unterföhring, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 10%
on 13 November 2013 and, on this date, amounted to approximately 10.03% of
the total number of voting rights (21,952,205 voting rights of a total
number of 218,797,200 voting rights) in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG. This share
of voting rights was attributed to The Capital Group Companies, Inc.
pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with § 22 para. 1
sentence 2 and sentence 3 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG).

In this context, voting rights were attributed to The Capital Group
Companies, Inc. which were held, on the aforementioned date, by Capital
World Growth and Income Fund, Inc. whose share of voting rights amounted to
approximately 3.56% of the total number of voting rights (7,787,000 voting
rights of a total number of 218,797,200 voting rights) in ProSiebenSat.1
