correction of Publication from November 21, 2013

On November 20, 2013, Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State of Norway,
Oslo, Norway has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on Software AG, Darmstadt, Deutschland,
have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on November 19, 2013
and on that day amounted to 3.08% (this corresponds to 2681163 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.08% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2681163 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the State of Norway from Norges Bank.
