according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that the Voting Rights held
by BlackRock, Inc. in HeidelbergCement AG, Heidelberg, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on November 20, 2013 and on
that day amounted to 5.12% (this corresponds to 9602501 Voting Rights).

All voting rights in HeidelbergCement AG were attributed to BlackRock, Inc.
according to Article 22, Section 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sent.
