   us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, that its percentage of voting
   rights in KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG, Colonia-Allee 3, 51067
   Cologne, Germany exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15% and
   reached the threshold of 20% on October 11, 2013 and amounted to 20.00%
   (9,940,715 voting rights) on this date.

Of these voting rights, 20.00% (9,940,715 voting rights) are to be
attributed to Europe Project Management Pte. Ltd. pursuant to section 22
(2) WpHG from Max Glory Industries Limited.

1. Europe Engineering Holdings Pte. Ltd., Singapore, Singapore, has
   notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, that its percentage of
   voting rights in KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG, Colonia-Allee 3,
   51067 Cologne, Germany exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15% and
   reached the threshold of 20% on October 11, 2013 and amounted to 20.00%
   (9,940,715 voting rights) on this date.

Of these voting rights, 20.00% (9,940,715 voting rights) are to be
attributed to Europe Engineering Holdings Pte. Ltd. pursuant to section 22
(2) WpHG from Max Glory Industries Limited.

   reached the threshold of 20% on October 11, 2013 and amounted to 20.00%
