   notice pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on November 21, 2013 the
   voting rights in MTU Aero Engines AG fell below the threshold of 3% and
   amount to 2.98% (1,547,829 voting rights) as per this date.

2.98% (1,547,829 voting rights) are attributable to Threadneedle Asset
Management Limited pursuant to sec. 22 para.1 sent 1 no.6.

1. Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings Limited, London, United Kingdom,
   gives notice pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on November 21, 2013 the
   voting rights in MTU Aero Engines AG fell below the threshold of 3% and
   amount to 2.98% (1,547,829 voting rights) as per this date.

2.98% (1,547,829 voting rights) are attributable to Threadneedle Asset
Management Holdings Limited pursuant to sec. 22 para.1 sent 1no.6 in
connection with sent. 2 WpHG. 0,01% (2,963 voting rights) of these voting
rights are also attributable according to sec. 22 para. 1 sent 1 no. 1
