Release according to section 26, para. 1 of the WpHG [the German Securities
Trading Act]

1. AVIC International Engineering Holdings Pte. Ltd., Singapore,
   Singapore, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, that its
   percentage of voting rights in KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG,
   Colonia-Allee 3, 51067 Cologne, Germany exceeded the thresholds of 3%,
   5%, 10%, 15% and reached the threshold of 20% on October 11, 2013 and
   amounted to 20.00% (9,940,715 voting rights) on this date.

Of these voting rights, 20.00% (9,940,715 voting rights) are to be
attributed to AVIC International Engineering Holdings Pte. Ltd. pursuant to
section 22 (2) WpHG from Max Glory Industries Limited.

1. Goldimax Group Limited, Road Town, British Virgin Islands, has notified
   us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, that its percentage of voting
   rights in KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG, Colonia-Allee 3, 51067
   Cologne, Germany exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15% and
   reached the threshold of 20% on October 11, 2013 and amounted to 20.00%
   (9,940,715 voting rights) on this date.

Of these voting rights, 20.00% (9,940,715 voting rights) are to be
attributed to Goldimax Group Limited pursuant to section 22 (2) WpHG from
Max Glory Industries Limited.

1. Golden Prosperity Group Limited, Road Town, British Virgin Islands, has
   notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, that its percentage of
   voting rights in KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG, Colonia-Allee 3,
   51067 Cologne, Germany exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15% and
   reached the threshold of 20% on October 11, 2013 and amounted to 20.00%
   (9,940,715 voting rights) on this date.

Of these voting rights, 20.00% (9,940,715 voting rights) are to be
attributed to Golden Prosperity Group Limited pursuant to section 22 (2)
WpHG from Max Glory Industries Limited.
