has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on GSW Immobilien AG, Berlin, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% and 75% threshold of the
Voting Rights on November 27, 2013 and on that day amounted to 91.05% (this
corresponds to 46003783 Voting Rights).
