Disclosure pursuant to Article 26, Section 1 of the German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG)

FMR LLC, Boston, Massachusetts, USA has notified us in accordance with
Article 21, Section 1 of WpHG that its holding of voting rights in MLP AG,
Wiesloch, Germany exceeded the threshold of 5 % on 27th November, 2013 and
on this date amounted to 7,10 % (7,654,779 voting rights). The voting
rights are attributable to FMR LLC in accordance with Article 22, Section
1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in conjunction with Sentence 2 of WpHG.
