with Article 21, Section 1 of WpHG that its holding of voting rights in MLP
AG, Wiesloch, Germany fell below the thresholds of 5 % and 3 % on 27th
November 2013 and now amounts to 0.0 % (corresponding to 0 voting rights).

Swiss Life Deutschland Holding GmbH (formerly Swiss Life Beteiligungs
GmbH), Hanover, Germany has informed us in accordance with Article 21,
