On 4 December Delta Lloyd Asset Management N.V. informed us for and behalf
of Delta Lloyd N.V. about the Notification of Voting Rights
(Stimmrechtsmitteilung) pursuant to sections 21 (I), 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 1
and 6, sent. 2 and 3 German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz
- WpHG) of the entities referred to below:

1. Delta Lloyd Asset Management N.V.

On November 29, 2013, the stake of Delta Lloyd Asset Management N.V.,
Amsterdam, The Netherlands, in the voting rights of Aurubis AG, Hamburg,
Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3%. On that date, Delta Lloyd Asset
Management N.V. held 3,04% in relation to all voting rights in Aurubis AG
(voting rights arising from 1,368,032 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)). All
such voting rights were attributable to Delta Lloyd Asset Management N.V.
pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.

1. DLAM Holding B.V.

On November 29, 2013 the stake of DLAM Holding B.V., Amsterdam, The
Netherlands, in the voting rights of Aurubis AG, Hamburg, Germany, exceeded
the threshold of 3%. On that date, DLAM Holding B.V. held 3,04% in relation
to all voting rights in Aurubis AG (voting rights arising from 1,368,032
ordinary shares (Stammaktien)). All such voting rights were attributable to
DLAM Holding B.V. pursuant to section 22 (I) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection
with sentences 2 and 3 WpHG.

1. Delta Lloyd N.V.

On November 29, 2013, the stake of Delta Lloyd N.V., Amsterdam, The
Netherlands, in the voting rights of Aurubis AG, Hamburg, Germany, exceeded
the threshold of 3%. On that date, Delta Lloyd N.V. held 3,04% in relation
to all voting rights in Aurubis AG (voting rights arising from 1,368,032
ordinary shares (Stammaktien)). All such voting rights were attributable to
Delta Lloyd N.V. pursuant to section 22 (I) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection
with sentences 2 and 3 WpHG. Of such voting rights 2,36% (voting rights
arising from 1,060,074 ordinary shares (Stammaktien) were also attributable
to Delta Lloyd N.V. pursuant to section 22 (I) sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
