   notice pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on November 29, 2013 the
   voting rights in MTU Aero Engines AG exceeded the threshold of 3% and
   amount to 3.02% (1,571,020 voting rights) as per this date.

3.02% (1,571,020 voting rights) are attributable to Threadneedle Asset
Management Limited pursuant to sec. 22 para.1 sent 1 no.6 WpHG.
