On December 4, 2013, Porsche Wolfgang 1. Beteiligungsverwaltungs GmbH,
Stuttgart, Germany has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of
the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on RENK Aktiengesellschaft,
Augsburg, Germany, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50%
and 75% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 2, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 78.86% (this corresponds to 5519903 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 78.86%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 5519903 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Porsche Wolfgang 1. Beteiligungs GmbH & Co.
KG, Stuttgart via Wolfgang Porsche GmbH, Stuttgart, Familie Porsche
Beteiligungs GmbH, Grünwald, Porsche Automobil Holding SE, Stuttgart,
Volkswagen Aktiengesellschaft, Wolfsburg, Truck & Bus GmbH, Wolfsburg and
MAN SE, München. 199,903 of the abovementioned voting rights, corresponding
to 2.86% of the voting rights in RENK Aktiengesellschaft, are held directly
by RENK Aktiengesellschaft, a subsidiary of MAN SE pursuant to Article 22
Section 3 WpHG, as treasury shares.
