informed us according to Sec. 21 paragraph 1 of the WpHG that via shares
his voting rights in Panamax Aktiengesellschaft, Frankfurt am Main
(formerly Heidelberg), Germany, have fallen below the 50%, 30%, 25%, 20%,
15%, 10%, 5% and 3% threshold of the voting rights on December 04, 2013 and
