Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, has informed us according to Sec. 21
paragraph 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights in Panamax
Aktiengesellschaft, Frankfurt am Main (formerly Heidelberg), Germany, have
exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and 50% threshold of the
voting rights on December 04, 2013 and on that day amounted to 66.62% (this
corresponds to 1052048 voting rights).
