the below-mentioned persons, each under the terms of Sec. 21(1) and, where
applicable, in conjunction with Sec. 22(1) Clause 1 No. 6 German Securities
Trading Act ('WpHG') to the effect that as of November 29, 2013, their
respective voting interest in Vossloh AG, of Vosslohstr. 4, 58791 Werdohl,
Germany, had crossed below the thresholds of 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 5%,
