according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on Vossloh Aktiengesellschaft, Werdohl, Deutschland, have fallen
below the 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% threshold of the Voting Rights
on November 29, 2013 and on that day amounted to 0.116% (this corresponds
to 15450 Voting Rights).
