Dissemination of a Voting Rights Announcement pursuant to Article 21
Section 1 WpHG (share)

J O Hambro Capital Management Limited, London, United Kingdom, informed us
on December 10, 2013 pursuant to Article 21 Section 1 Sentence 1 WpHG that
on December 4, 2013 its voting rights in QSC AG, Cologne, Germany, have
fallen below the threshold of 5% and on this day amounted to 4.99%
(6,183,933 voting rights). Thereof 4.99% (6,183,933 voting rights) are
attributed to J O Hambro Capital Management Limited pursuant to Article 22
Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 WpHG.
