Luxembourg has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on Vossloh Aktiengesellschaft, Werdohl,
Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
November 29, 2013 and on that day amounted to 3.45% (this corresponds to
460000 Voting Rights).
