Correction of the voting rights notification dated December 13, 2013

Montanaro Asset Management Limited, London, UK, notified us on December 10,
2013 pursuant to section 21 (1) of the German Securities Trading Act
(WpHG), that its share of voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical AG,
Birkenfeld, Germany, ISIN: DE0007289001, fell below the threshold of 5% on
December 5, 2013 and amounted to 4.78% of all voting rights on that date,
corresponding to 562,565 voting rights. 4.78% of voting rights (562,565
voting rights) are attributable to Montanaro Asset Management Limited
pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 number 6 of the German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG).

The voting rights attributable to Montanaro Asset Management Limited were
held via the following shareholder whose share of voting rights in STRATEC
Biomedical AG amounted to 3% or more: Montanaro European Smaller Companies
PLC.
