First Sensor - Successful funding of Schuldscheine in the amount of EUR 31m

After satisfaction of all conditions precedent, both Schuldscheindarlehen
of First Sensor AG, as successfully placed this Tuesday, have been funded
in the overall amount of 31.0 million Euro by the investors. The greater
part of the acquired debt is used to repay First Sensor's debt in the
amount of about 29.7 million Euro under a syndicated loan agreement from
2011. The additional liquidity allows First Sensor expanding its scope of
business in line with its proposed growth strategy.
