On 19 December 2013 Delta Lloyd Levensverzekering N.V., Amsterdam, The
Netherlands, has informed us according to sections 21 (1), 22 (1) sent. 1
no. 1 WpHG that the stake of Delta Lloyd Levensverzekering N.V. in the
voting rights of Aurubis AG, Hamburg, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3
% on 16 December 2013, and at that time held 3.16 % in relation to all
voting rights in Aurubis AG (voting rights arising from 1,422,216 ordinary
shares (Stammaktien)).
All of the voting rights are attributable to Delta Lloyd Levensverzekering
N.V., pursuant to section 22 (1) sent 1 no. 1 WpHG .
On 19 December 2013 Delta Lloyd Houdstermaatschappij Verzekeringen N.V.,
Amsterdam, The Netherlands, has informed us according to sections 21 (1),
22 (1) sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG that the stake of Delta Lloyd
Houdstermaatschappij Verzekeringen N.V. in the voting rights of Aurubis AG,
Hamburg, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3 % on 16 December 2013, and at
that time held 3.16 % in relation to all voting rights in Aurubis AG
(voting rights arising from 1,422,216 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)).
