Singapore has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on Gigaset AG, München, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 50% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 20, 2013 and on
that day amounted to 50.47%% (this corresponds to 48648433 Voting Rights).
