according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on Fair Value REIT-AG, München, Deutschland, have fallen below the
3% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 20, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 2.18% (this corresponds to 205000 Voting Rights).
