informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Schweizer Electronic AG, Schramberg, Deutschland, have
fallen below the 5 % threshold of the Voting Rights on December 20, 2013
and on that day amounted to 3.1069 % (this corresponds to 117440 Voting
Rights) and on December 23, 2013 have fallen below the 3 % threshold of the
Voting Rights and on that day amounted to 1.5873 % (this corresponds to
60000 Voting Rights).
