On December 27, 2013, Morgan Stanley, Wilmington, Delaware, USA, has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Germany, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 19, 2013 and on
that day amounted to 3.01% (this corresponds to 2376684 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.02% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 15132 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company. According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1,
No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG, 2.99% of the Voting Rights
(this corresponds to 2361552 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the
company.

On December 30, 2013, Morgan Stanley, Wilmington, Delaware, USA, has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Germany, have fallen
below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 20, 2013 and on
that day amounted to 2.99% (this corresponds to 2361552 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 2.99% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
2361552 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
