661472) has received on 30 December 2013 the following voting rights
announcement:

Notification of voting rights pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG
DH-Holding Verwaltungs GmbH, Wiesloch, Germany, has informed us according
to section 21, para. 1 WpHG that via shares its percentage of voting rights
on WILEX AG have fallen below the 30%, 25%, 20% und 15% thresholds of the
voting rights on 27 December 2013 and on that day amounted to 11.97% (this
corresponds to 3,742,561 voting rights).
