On January 02, 2014, Mezzanine IX Investors S.A., Luxembourg, Großherzogtum
Luxembourg has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on ADLER Real Estate AG, Hamburg,
Deutschland, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% threshold
of the Voting Rights on December 31, 2013 and on that day amounted to
48.34% (this corresponds to 8000000 Voting Rights).
