Correction of a Release dated December 27, 2013 according to section 26,
para. 1 of the WpHG [the German Securities Trading Act]

Morgan Stanley, Wilmington, Delaware, United States of America, has
notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, that its percentage of voting
rights in KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG, Colonia-Allee 3, 51067
Cologne, Germany exceeded the threshold of 3% on December 18, 2013 and
amounted to 3.08% (1,529,958 voting rights) on this date.

Of these voting rights, a total of 2.80% (1,389,958 voting rights) are to
be attributed to Morgan Stanley pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 1
WpHG and 0.28% (140,000 voting rights) pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1
no. 6 WpHG in connection with section 22 (1) sent. 2 WpHG.
