On January 14, 2014, Mr Antoine Dréan, France has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
Gigaset AG, München, Deutschland, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the
Voting Rights on January 13, 2014 and on that day amounted to 6.28% (this
corresponds to 6058525 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 4.51% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 4347079 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Dréan via Mantra Investissement SCA, Mantra Gestion SAS
and Elevon Invest SARL.
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 1.78% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
1711446 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Mr Dréan.
