   notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, that its percentage of
   voting rights in KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG, Colonia-Allee 3,
   51067 Cologne, Germany fell under the thresholds of 5% and 3% on
   January 7, 2014 and amounted to 0.31% (153,234 voting rights) on this
   date.

Of these voting rights, 0.03% (13,234 voting rights) are to be attributed
to Morgan Stanley pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG and 0.28%
(140,000 voting rights) pursuant to section 22 (1) sent.1 no. 6 WpHG in
connection with section 22 (1) sent. 2 WpHG.
