On January 16, 2014, the Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State of
Norway, Oslo, Norway has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of
the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Vossloh Aktiengesellschaft,
Werdohl, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights
on January 15, 2014 and on that day amounted to 3.12% (this corresponds to
415263 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.12% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 415263 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company via Norges Bank.
