[German Securities Trading Act] with the objective of Europe-wide
distribution

On January 20, 2014, Sun Life Financial Inc., Toronto, Canada, has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on LEG Immobilien AG, Dusseldorf, Germany, have exceeded the
3% threshold of the Voting Rights on 16.01.2014 and on that day amounted to
3.01% (this corresponds to 1596419 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 3.01% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
1596419 Voting Rights) are to be attributed to the company.
