UET United Electronic Technology AG's (ISIN: DE000A0LBKW6), Eschborn names
new member of the Supervisory Board.

Mr. Clemens Reif has resigned as a member of the Supervisory Board as
of December 31st 2013. At the suggestion of the company, the registry court
has appointed Mr. Stefan Schütze, Berlin, as a new member of the
Supervisory Board effective from January 16th 2014. Mr. Schütze has years
of professional experience as a Board Member, attorney-at-law, Legal
Counsel and Managing Director of listed companies.

In Accordance with Article 318 section 4 HGB and the company's motion, the
registry court appointed by judicial decree, dated January 16th 2014, the
auditing firm Baker Tilly Roelfs AG as auditors of the annual accounts and
annual group accounts for fiscal year 2013.
