On January 22, 2014, BlackRock Group Limited, London, U.K. has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting
rights on Deutsche Post AG, Bonn, Deutschland, have exceeded the 5%
threshold of the voting rights on January 20, 2014 and on that day amounted
to 5.04% (this corresponds to 60,921,221 voting rights). According to
Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of
the WpHG, 5.04% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 60,921,221 voting
rights) is to be attributed to the company.

On January 22, 2014, BlackRock International Holdings, Inc., New York, NY,
U.S.A. has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its voting rights on Deutsche Post AG, Bonn, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 5% threshold of the voting rights on January 20, 2014 and on
that day amounted to 5.20% (this corresponds to 62,926,776 voting rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 5.20% of the voting rights (this corresponds to
62,926,776 voting rights) is to be attributed to the company.

On January 22, 2014, BR Jersey International Holdings L.P., St. Helier,
Jersey, Channel Islands has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1
of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Deutsche Post AG, Bonn,
Deutschland, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the voting rights on January
20, 2014 and on that day amounted to 5.20% (this corresponds to 62,926,776
voting rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in
connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG, 5.20% of the voting rights (this
corresponds to 62,926,776 voting rights) is to be attributed to the
company.
