The Notice convening the Company's AGM and the Proxy form were also posted to all shareholders on the 16th of August 2024. The AGM of the Company will be held on Tuesday the 10th of September 2024, at the offices of Shard Capital Partners LLP, 6th floor, 51 Lime Street, London, EC3M 7DQ at 1pm (Uk time).
