On January 23, 2014, CBRE Clarion Securities, LLC, Radnor, U.S.A., has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on LEG Immobilien AG, Dusseldorf, Germany, have exceeded
the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on 23.01.2014 and on that day
amounted to 5.35% (this corresponds to 2835200 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 5.35% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2835200 Voting Rights) are to be
attributed to the company.
