On January 28, 2014, Mr Tom Hiss, Germany has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
Gigaset AG, München, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the
Voting Rights on January 24, 2014 and on that day amounted to 3.09% (this
corresponds to 2982679 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.09% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2982679 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Hiss from Ludic GmbH.
