1. Henderson Group Plc, London, UK, has informed us on January 27, 2014, in
   accordance with section 21 para.1 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) that
   its share in the voting rights of SÜSS MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany,
   exceeded the 5% threshold on January 23, 2014 and now amounts to 5.13%
   (Amount of Shares: 982,355). 5.13% of the voting rights (982,355 voting
   rights) are attributed to it in accordance with section 22 para. 1 sentence
   1 no. 6 of the WpHG in connection with section 22 para. 1 sentence 2 of the
   WpHG. Of these voting rights 3% or more are attributed directly to
   Henderson Horizon Fund - Pan European Smaller Companies Fund.

2. Henderson Horizon Fund - Pan European Smaller Companies Fund, London,
   UK, has informed us on January 24, 2014, in accordance with section 21
   para.1 WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) that its share in the voting
   rights of SÜSS MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany, exceeded the 3% threshold on
   January 23, 2014 and now amounts to 3.17% (Amount of Shares: 606,922).

3. Henderson Global Investors (holdings) PLc, London, UK, has informed us
   on January 24, 2014, in accordance with section 21 para.1 WpHG (German
   Securities Trading Act) that its share in the voting rights of SÜSS
   MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany, exceeded the 5% threshold on January 23,
   2014 and now amounts to 5.13% (Amount of Shares: 982,355). 5.13% of the
   voting rights (982,355 voting rights) are attributed to it in accordance
   with section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 of the WpHG in connection with
   section 22 para. 1 sentence 2 of the WpHG. Of these voting rights 3% or
   more are at-tributed directly to Henderson Horizon Fund - Pan European
   Smaller Companies Fund.

   January 24, 2014, in accordance with section 21 para.1 WpHG (German
   Securities Trading Act) that its share in the voting rights of SÜSS
   MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany, exceeded the 5% threshold on January 23,
   2014 and now amounts to 5.13% (Amount of Shares: 982,355). 5.13% of the
   voting rights (982,355 voting rights) are attributed to it in accordance
   with section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 of the WpHG. Of these voting
