Berlin, January 30, 2014 - Jörg Schwagenscheidt, a member of the management
board of GSW Immobilien AG, has decided to leave the company by mutual
consent on January 31, 2014.

Jörg Schwagenscheidt was a managing director, and a member of the
management board of GSW Immobilien AG, since 2006. Both the supervisory
board and the management board would like to thank Mr. Schwangenscheidt for
his excellent work during these past years and wish him all the best for
his professional future.
