On January 30, 2014, Coronation Fund Managers Ltd, Cape Town, South Africa
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Germany, have
fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 10, 2013 and
on that day amounted to 2.90% (this corresponds to 2289300 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
Sentence 2 of the WpHG, 2.90% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
2289300 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.

On January 30, 2014, Coronation Investment Management (Pty) Ltd, Cape Town,
South Africa has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg,
Germany, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
December 10, 2013 and on that day amounted to 2.90% (this corresponds to
2289300 Voting Rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No.
6 in connection with Sentence 2 of the WpHG, 2.90% of the Voting Rights
(this corresponds to 2289300 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the
company.
