On February 06, 2014, RARE Infrastructure Limited, Sydney, Australia has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide,
Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the
Voting Rights on January 31, 2014 and on that day amounted to 5.27% (this
corresponds to 4868046 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 5.27% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
4868046 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
