On February 3, 2014, Software AG was notified by FIL Investments
International on behalf of
a) FMR LLC, Boston, USA,
b) Fidelity Management and Research Company, Boston, USA and
c) Fidelity Low Price Stock Fund, Boston, USA,
pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG of the following:

a) Correction of a voting rights announcement as of May 15, 2013

On May 10, 2013, the voting rights held by FMR LLC, Boston, USA, exceed the
threshold of 3% of the voting rights in Software AG, Uhlandstr. 12, 64297
Darmstadt, Germany. On that date, FMR LLC held 3.45% (this corresponds to
3,000,186 voting rights) of the voting rights in Software AG.

All voting rights in Software AG were attributed to FMR LLC pursuant to
section 22, para. 1, sentence 1, no. 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG.
The voting rights were attributed to FMR LLC inter alia from Fidelity
Puritan Trust, holding directly 3% or more of the voting rights in Software
AG.

b) Correction of a voting rights announcement as of May 15, 2013

On May 10, 2013, the voting rights held by Fidelity Management & Research
Company, Boston, USA, exceed the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in
Software AG, Uhlandstr. 12, 64297 Darmstadt, Germany. On that date,
Fidelity Management & Research Company held 3.34% (this corresponds to
2,900,000 voting rights) of the voting rights in Software AG.

All voting rights in Software AG were attributed to Fidelity Management &
Research Company pursuant to section 22, para. 1, sentence 1, no. 6 WpHG.
The voting rights were attributed to Fidelity Management & Research Company
inter alia from Fidelity Puritan Trust, holding directly 3% or more of the
voting rights in Software AG.

c) Correction of a voting rights announcement as of May 15, 2013

On February 3, 2014 Software AG was notified in the name and on behalf of
Fidelity Low Prices Stock Fund, Boston, USA, about the withdrawal of a
notification of voting rights pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG dated May 15,
2013.
