On February 3, 2014, Software AG was notified by FIL Investments
International on behalf of Fidelity Puritan Trust, Boston, USA pursuant to
section 21 para. 1 WpHG of the following:

a) On July 17, 2012, Fidelity Puritan Trust have exceeded the 3% threshold
of voting rights in Software AG, Uhlandstr. 12, 64297 Darmstadt, Germany.
On that date, Fidelity Puritan Trust held 3.11% (this corresponds to
2,700,000 voting rights) in Software AG.

b) On April 25, 2013, the voting rights held by Fidelity Puritan Trust,
Boston, USA, fell below the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in
Software AG, Uhlandstr. 12, 64297 Darmstadt, Germany. On that date,
Fidelity Puritan Trust held 2.76% (this corresponds to 2,400,000 voting
rights) of the voting rights in Software AG.

c) On May 10, 2013, the voting rights held by Fidelity Puritan Trust,
Boston, USA, exceed the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in Software
AG, Uhlandstr. 12, 64297 Darmstadt, Germany. On that date, Fidelity Puritan
Trust held 3.34% (this corresponds to 2,900,000 voting rights) of the
voting rights in Software AG.
