In the name and on behalf of Mr. Stefan Kürschner, Germany, we were
notified on February 7, 2014, pursuant to Sec. 21(1) in conjunction with
Sec. 22(1) Clause 1 No. 6 German Securities Trading Act ('WpHG') that Mr.
Kürschner's voting interest in Vossloh AG, of Vosslohstr. 4, 58791 Werdohl,
Germany, crossed on October 31, 2013, below the thresholds of 30%, 25%,
20%, 15%, 10%, 5%, and 3% to amount at said date to 0.07% (equivalent to
8,775 votes), including 0.07% (or 8,775 votes) attributable to him pursuant
to Sec. 22(1) Clause 1 No. 6 WpHG.
